I tried to do econsult but was stopped and advised to contact the surgery direct I attended and quickly was added to the emergency list The Dr called and gave me a face to face appointment Following the appointment I was treated and picked up the necessary medication

Daughter was unwell. Rang in the morning and was called back and told to come in. Was seen almost immediately and prescription was with the pharmacist by the time I’d driven there. Very efficient friendly service!

I used the online Econsult and was contacted within an hour and of a half of submission. I was given a face to face consultation for the same morning and did not have to wait more than 5 minutes in the surgery before I was called in to the GP. The GP I saw was reassuring and explained my condition and answered all my questions emphatically. I was given clear advice as to how to continue my treatment and left the surgery feeling reassured.

I needed a glow up xray as I felt things were not progressing as well as I hoped as was sysrting to get pain in my ankle again

I had a nasty looking black spot on my forehead and became worried it might be cancerous. I rang the surgery and they booked me in to see a Dr that afternoon. I was reassured all was okay and I was impressed with their speedy reaction to my concern. In the past I had another problem and again was treated quickly and thoroughly with great sensitivity. It is reassuring to know there are Drs there who can treat you when you feel it is urgent. The practice is clean and pleasant and is easy to reach from Welwyn Garden City.

I have been very happy with access to my doctor, and with how I have been treated. I used e consult. I was then rung 90 mins later and then saw the doctor 30 mins after that at the surgery. The doctor listened well, and then explained my symptoms and situation very clearly. He also organised for me to have blood tests which I attended at the local hospital immediately. It was all very easy- I felt respected and cared for.

Was called by the pharmacy to repeat a prescription. Unable to give details so was told to call back when I had them. I called back to be told they all work from home but they would send them a message. Of course, no call back, called today to be told no message was forwarded, so asked if they would forward a message, which obviously the computer must have said said no! to be told I need to go online and fill in an EConsult. Can’t someone just talk to another person, especially when they instigated the call and asked me to call back. Just feel like I’m constantly wasting my time.

My e consult was responded to well within the expected time. I had missed all the calls but still was seen the same day. Nice, friendly Dr who gave me the consultation and I could go straight away to pick up my medication. Everything was explained well including a possible follow up. I felt very reassured and my problem had been dealt with very promptly.
