Hainault Surgery has been around for some time now. I booked my phone call appointment and was at work 10:30-12pm. The doctor called me at 11:07am once and then sent me a voicemail saying I need to reschedule. This is really poor service so I called the gp and The Practice Manager said that “doctors are really busy” and that you should answer the first time. This gp has been around for some time now and the data protection is so poor. When you’re sitting waiting for the appointment the admin has the phone on loud speaker where you can hear patients disclose dob and their data.

I have tried calling up a few times in the past but often my call isn't answered. The system for processing calls while busy is terrible and not informative. I just now tried calling the surgery. According to the NHS website, it shuts in over an hour. According to Hainault Surgery's own website it should've shut in 15 minutes. But it looks like people have cut corners and gone home early, as the answering machine says the surgery is now closed. I did not get a text ahead of time explaining that the surgery would be closed.
