I recently had to see one of the GPs at Hagley Surgery. Right from the start, the receptionists were helpful, and the doctors and nurses were wonderful, treating me as a whole person, not just a symptom or a two-week wait. We have been patients of this practice for many years now and the care has always been first class. We hear so much that is bad about the NHS but we would like to thank the whole team at Hagley for their care.

I sent an online request with a photo to explain my issue. Within only 4 minutes I had a text response from one of GP's confiming they had reviewed the request and photo and had sent a prescription request to the pharmacy. Incredibly fast and efficient service. Thank you

I am really happy with my doctor’s practice. The staff on the desk are always helpful, try their best to get you the best appointment they can when you call and the medics, I have two particular I prefer to see, are so caring, professional, knowledgeable and do their very best to help in every way they can. I feel very well looked after by Hagley Surgery and I’m so glad they are my doctors practice.
