The doctor I saw was extremely thorough and investigated all of the symptoms I presented with. He arranged followed up tests and explored the possible causes for my symptoms. As someone who very rarely needs to go to the doctors I felt that every avenue was explored and I was impressed with how thorough he was.

Went for a yearly blood pressure check, with the nurse, thought it would be a quick in and out, but nurse spent time with me trying to make me less anxious, explaining what she was doing and what the results meant, including diagrams and how ur blood pressure works

I don't often leave reviews but on this occasion I make an exception! Thank you to the team at Hackness Road Surgery, the care I have been shown over the last few weeks has been marvelous, from the Receptionist to the Nurse to the GP all have taken time to speak with me and alleviate my worries. Growing older can be a challenge and without the team being there this could have been a very different experience. You are all wonderful.

Saw doctor Monday 8th April. She made furtherAppt to see meon Tuesday 9th April. She made referral for X-ray on Tuesday 9th April. I was contacted the same day to have bloods taken on 10th April with CT scan arranged for Friday 12th April. T/c Tuesday 16th to inform results of scan had been received. I was seen by Consultant in Bridlington yesterday, 23rd April, two weeks from initial appointment.Given the constant bad press surgeries and the NHS receive on a daily basis, it is important to record the excellent treatment you provide

After calling for an appointment on Monday and been told my daughter was just viral to her going down hill two days later speaking to 111 and been told to be seen by my gp within a hour to be told by the receptionist that isn’t going to happen today three times may I add I ended up at a and e where my daughter had the onset of pneumonia. But this wasn’t just goig to happen in two days. I feel we weren’t seen correctly on Monday.
