Doctors, nurses and staff lovely, over 1.5hr wait times to get through to phone lines, rude prescription team, poor communication, putting you on hold for hrs, resulting in driving to surgery to find out its closed. 11th in the que for 1hr. lack of staff, medicine review took 4 months.

Dear Patient I am genuinely sorry to hear of the struggles you experienced whilst trying to access our services. We have since recruited more patient services coordinators and are in the process of changing our telephone system to make the process more user friendly and cut the waiting times at busy periods during the day. This morning the NHS app would not allow me to reorder my regular prescription. On enquiry at the surgery I was told that I needed a medication review. Should patients not be informed of this requirement in advance, rather than discovering that they cannot order their medicines and being obliged to enquire?

It is an enormous comfort to me that my compassionate doctor sees me face to face on a regular basis. My health and well being improves every time I see my doctor . There is a calming feeling at the practice. I am blessed to have such an excellent doctor. Many thanks.
