    two appointments in two days.appointment one 20mins late because consultant came back 15mins late from his break .Appointment two waited 20mins before i asked if there was a problem and was told "i have messaged her she is on her way"30 mins still nothing .Had to leave without being seen for another commitment.Having plenty of time to watch tv in waiting room telling us to be on time it seems you dont have to be on time but we do. Not a good service or example. Poor.

    You can never get through on the phones at any time of day. There are never any appointments. Some, not all, of the receptionists have no customer service skills whatsoever. This surgery has really gone downhill and I would not recommend it to anyone. I am looking to move to another.

    Rang for appointment at 8am 2nd in the queue to be told no appointments I asked if I could email photos she said to do a econsult to which I told her the system was down the night before anyway did that 6 hours later told I need to see nurse practitioner so rang up surgery closed for staff training eventually got through to be told no appointment and ring back today. I went to out of hours. Surgery is an absolute joke. Good help if it had been an elderly person not helpful at all
