Review titled cancelled appointments

Having arrived on time for two appointments inc: wife. We were informed that the nurse was indipossed and that a text had been sent but this was untrue. The only alternative was to return the following day which was not convenient or practical. very dissatisfied with the level of service offered.

I have been dealing with the practice frequently for a number of months now visiting with my elderly in-laws. We have always been impressed with the professional, competent doctors but I want to do this review to praise the reception/admin staff. What a great asset they are to the practice so friendly and helpful. Any questions or problems are met with a pleasant response and they get things sorted for us.

Review titled Great Practice but website not up up to date

Called over this afternoon (Thursday 26 May 2022) to collect blood test form. Checked on website before going over as aware that previously sometimes closed on Thursday afternoons for staff training. Website states reception open Monday to Friday 08.30 to 18.30. Protected learning times tab showed 17 March 2022 only. Note on door saying closed for training when I got there. Another person had arrived too.
