    After some years of not taking a prostrate drug, my Consultant at Kingston Hosptal has put me back on it. My request to the practice to reinstate the drug received the following unhelpful answer: 'If you require this medication, please complete a medical request form via our website to book an appointment with a GP to discuss your request.'

    The receptionist was unhelpful and rude. They were unwilling to help even when I explained my wife was ill with cancer. On a second occasion the same person refused to listen until I insisted what I had to say first. On the third occasion I was sitting in the waiting room when they swung the door open like a maniac and ran out to a person outside on the corner.

    I had an appointment and the experience was very pleasant. Staff/nurse were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and professional. The appointment went very well. I was guided thoroughly, provided with information related to the procedure I was going to have, not only that but she also answered my questions very thoroughly. The nurse was very cautious, caring and of course professional. I had a very pleasant experience at my GP today.

    I just wanted to send my thanks to your practice, especially the ENP I saw after I had an emergency appointment after a sudden and very painful relapse of Keratitis back in April. I was seen within 24 hours and was referred to Kingston Hospital's Royal Eye Unit who were similarly fantastic. The speed at which my problem was dealt with all round was terrific and I was back at work just over a month later with the inflammation gone and the eye unit very pleased with my progress (as am I!). Please also pass on my thanks to your reception team who made sure I got emailed a sickness certificate that I was able to pass on to my employer. Kind Regards

    I have been seeing Karolina with issues concerning the Menapause. I feel so lucky to have a well woman nurse and facility avaliable to me at The Groves. Karolina is friendly,very understanding,compationate and knowledgeable with all the concerns I have had.She has helped me so much and I have finally found an HRT suitable for me.She is an asset to The Groves.Thankyou for everything Karolina.

    When the on line procedure has been navigated successfully, staff are helpful. The call back facility has removed some of the stress associated with me getting an appointment booked on Monday 7 April.

    Send within one day but wait for minor surgery 2 months. If there are three GPs with an interest in minor surgery why only 5 operations each week performed?

    This morning my husband and I both had our Diabetes Review. The doctor was clear and informative in a friendly and professional way; answering our questions and concerns thoroughly. Our whole experience was very positive. This Practice is always organised and efficient. The staff are friendly and helpful and operate in a professional manner; answering questions and concerns thoughtfully giving their utmost in a clean and welcoming environment.
