Keep it up. Service above self. I have been with the surgery for the last year and evrytime l needed help l have promptly been attended to using the on line service. Keep the good work going on.

I had to wait for my dad Prescription over 1 week. There is hardly any Appointments to see a doctor face to face Patients have to wait 48 hours for prescriptions But it takes over a week to wait for prescriptions They take a long time to answer calls

The doctor was very friendly, yet professional, knowledgable, attentive & very caring. She listened well & provided me with the best advice & medication. Thank you so much.

Initially, I had a consultation over the telephone with a female doctor. This was the first time I spoke to this doctor. During our conversation, she told me that she would like to see me in person so that she could examine me properly. She booked me an appointment the next working day to see her in person. I felt so valued because she took her time examining my complaints about my health problem properly. She was very gentle and she made sure I am comfortable. She communicated with me her concerns and her plans for the continuity of my care. This has been a very positive experience for me due to the reason that instead of just telling me to pick up blood request and wait for an appointment letter for procedure/referral which what normally happens previously. I felt safe and well looked after by her.

The service here is pathetic. I gave new prescription 4 months ago but staff still has not updated it so every month for repeat prescription i have to explain same thing again and agai. They just lost my new letter for prescription but zero effort was put by staff to find it, let alone offering any help. The reception and admin staff service is horrendous and very against the NHS values.

This practice surgery is shockingly bad, the appointment system is terrible, you have to call at 8am, the lines are engaged no queuing system. They never have any appointments when I call. Staff leave before business hours, thus no other staff can access the email for the referrals made by external health care professionals. We are having to depend on out of hours doctors or A&e which is overwhelming the NHS hospital. I don’t understand why we are registered with the GP when we are not benefiting from the system.

Like many, (because the government told us to), I steered away from services during "Covid" but saw a GP recently to refer a number of health issues that had been building up. Notwithstanding the occasional lengthy telephone wait mentioned in other reviews, I feel very confident in using and continuing to use this service. I have been helped by two GPs both in person and by telephone who have referred me to, and responded to, other specialists promptly and efficiently. I am confident that issues that cannot be permanently resolved, but managed, are in safe hands; and that two conditions that required intervention have been dealt with, appropriately and successfully. Thank you to the lead GP and all of his team, both medical and administrative, for a job professionally done in difficult financial circumstances, and more importantly listening to me, and treating me not only as a patient needing medical intervention but as a partner in the management of my health.

This surgery is a disgrace I have had 3 appointment with my Nan that’s in a lot of pain to be told my appointment time and there never phone on time knowing that she can’t get out of the house and has to be a video call to wait around 3 hours and still nothing it’s there duty of care to me making sure patience that need them should be getting their calls not sitting waiting around for 3 hours to not be called

My daughter had polio booster in this surgery in September. They injected booster but they did nt wrote in her red book.i asked for it and they said leave book here,collect after a week and they put entry of the booster in her red book.i came after a week,they did nt wrote,leave another 10 days ,they did nt wrote,I went three times there just a booster entry in her red book but they did nt,then they said to me booster entry should nt write in her red book,now first point it is: Why emergency hospital department said to me every injection child had ,entry should be in red book.they were sending me but this surgery staff said hospital people lying, they made their own roles. Second thing is if they should nt put entry then why they called me 4 times,leave book collect after a week. Can't belive this type of bad surgery exists here. N Being mother never suggested to any one this surgery

This surgery leaves phone off hook, never gives an appointment, receptionist starts giving medical advise and they never do referral or service without calling and going in several times
