   First of all you can only book an appointment 8'o clock in the morning then they said your appointment is for next thursday only after that there's no consultant or any doctor they just send a message or call this week or today doctor is off or on holiday we have next thursday time slot if you wish then confirm on the next week it"ll continue until 3 week like this and the forth week when we visited they just told doctor is not coming he/she just told us on a short notice. This is how this surgery dealing with patients most interesting fact i was and still booked an appointment for my baby for the next week thursday and now its almost fifth or sixth week.
