    Can never get through to this surgery easily. Also now has a new recorded message that too busy and cuts you off. Doctors great when you can get to see one.

    I used the Link given to me by the receptionist.The doctor's response was immediate, the same day. I was seen by the doctor an hour later.

    I have been holding onto the phone now for 47 minutes. I got to no.3 and everything stopped to let me know where I was in the queue. The last time this happened it was over an hour, I hung up and tried again another 20 min. I walked to the surgery. There were no patients. This new system is just not working. As I said to the Manager unless there are more people answering the phones this is pointless. The patients need to be taken into account this is not happening.

    Dear C Foley, Thank you for your feedback regarding our phone systems. Firstly, please accept my sincere apologies you have experienced difficulties getting through to us. We are in the process of changing over phone systems so that patients can have a more stream-lined service as we do understand how frustrating this can be. In the meantime, we do have an additional member of staff answering phone calls and queries during our busiest hours. Please note, we also receive such queries via post, email and internal and external messages.     I am with this surgery since 20 years and over all my experience is good. They always helpful for me and my family. I hope they will continue work to improve their services more to provide us good services on time in future as well.

    I have been ask to come for blood pressure test. I came 10min early. I have been waiting 30min after my allotted time. There was only one more patient waiting (45min)who was boiling, in waiting area. During this time no one walk out from doctor's rooms...it was lunch time. I have cancelled my appointment after 30min delay as I have kids to pick up....very disappointed, blood pressure check takes 2min...

    A receptionist refused to make an emergency appointment even though it meant a vulnerable family member would be without vital medication. I understand that is a breach of obligations. This matter caused great distress.
