Having been a patient at this practice for a number of years I have witnessed it evolve & develop into a well run , fully functional and caring team of medical practitioners backed up by a very polite , professional reception and Admin staff . This team are a credit to their profession & always strive to do their best , sometimes under extenuating circumstances like manpower, staff, time & NHS constraints. Well done .

My husband and myself arrived for our flu jabs and would like to thank the reception assistant and the nurse for their professional manner. We have no worries about attending this practice as we have been on the register for 50 plus years. Keep up the good work

Had problems with my heart and blood pressure and dizziness the doctor sent me straight to a&e can't thank them enough

Short waiting time. Polite, friendly, caring and helpful doctor. I did not feel rushed or not listened too at all. Overall very happy with doctor L.k

The Dr who spoke to me today was very polite and understanding. He was caring and he listened to me with compassion. He sorted my problem and I am very happy with the practice. All the staff are friendly and caring. I‘m a patient of this practice for more than 35 years. Thank you.

I changed back to this surgery last year. First appointment was brilliant. Doctor referred me to new cross which I had needed to be for a long time but old surgery would not refer me. Also been referred to dermatology since which I needed since I was born, im 38 now! Iv had telephone appointments with 2 female doctors since who were really caring and compassionate, very understanding to me and my circumstances. Thank you all so much.

I am so grateful to the staff at the surgery was so poorly yesterday & even though it was a phone appointment they could hear I was struggling they sorted the ambulance & stayed on the phone monitoring my breathing until help arrived, if it wasn’t for there quick reactions I could of ended up with sepsis, I am so thankful to the practice & all their help.

I have my leg ulcers dressed and checked on a weekly basis by one of the practice nurses. My wife cleans, creams and dresses my leg every day. My leg ulcers are healing well and I feel confident that they are being treated and examined by the nurse in respect of their progress in healing.

Have had face to face appointments with their lovely nurse practitioner as couldn't get to see a gp and she was lovely. She listened to my concerns, reassured me and referred me.
