    Recently broke my ankle. I was struggling to manage at home with everyday tasks. Popped into surgery to ask for for referral to OT for shower seat and perching stool. Spoke to lovely receptionist who arranged for phone call to discuss needs and within two hours someone came to assess what I needed at home. A superb service Thankyou

    I have suffered sudden health issues since last year, the care I have received from the gp and nurses have been fantastic. Despite issue’s getting through on the phone in the mornings I have spoken to the staff on the desks during the day and received prompt excellent care and promptly allocated appropriate appointments. Lovely staff Thank you

    Drs, nurses and all other staff have been so good to both of us over the years. But even more so recently looking after my husband before he sadly passed away. I will be forever grateful.

    I have always found all the staff to be extremely kind and helpful. Today, as an example, I rang at 8am after feeling extremely ill. I had to wait about 20 minutes but the receptionist was friendly and apologetic. I was seen at 8.50 and had the meds I needed by 9.10. I was so grateful and feel considerably better already. The hardest thing is getting through, but in the current climate I think this surgery tries extremely hard to accommodate their patient's needs. It's not perfect, but more a sign of recent times than a failing of the surgery or staff. I feel they care for my health and wellbeing as well as they are able to. They have never let me down when I've needed their help and always made sure they keep me informed about vaccinations/health checks etc I am eligible for. They make sure they support my changing health needs as I get older. Extremely satisfied, thank you.

    1) I was misdiagnosed on one occassion, which suddenly became very urgent to them 24 hours later. 2) It takes them over 20 minutes to answer the telephone, and when you sitting in reception, there are two receptionists who are not answering the telephones. 3) They do not have an email address so it is impossible to send them documents and keep a record of any communication. 4) They do not nominate a GP to you, so you end up seeing different doctors whose only knowledge about you is a cursory glance at your health record.

    Takes over 20 minutes to get through everytime I call - that's if you can get through at al. Today I started as 8 in the queue, at 1 in the queue I was stuck there for 15 minutes, still holding now - 32mins and counting...
