   The receptionist is very rude and is close the phone!!!never is helping ,all the time is busy and is angry!!!!

   I called to get and appointment and receptionist was really rude she was so unhappy since answering till dropped phone! I simply can not believe how can you work in gp surgery with attitude like this to people. Unfortunately it’s not the first I had to talk to her and it made me feel deeply upset not enough we not getting much help from doctors there too!
