Had a blood test 5.5 weeks ago and if it wasn't for the air mid app I still wouldn't have any answers. Finally the day of my follow up appointment came, I sat waiting for 35 minutes. I went to speak with the receptionist who just kept insisting I would be next, however if I was 35 minutes my appointment would have been cancelled. I said the service wasn't good enough. She asked if I wanted to rearrange however there was no evening appointments available, I left the surgery still without seeing a dr or future appointment. Absolutely abysmal service! Will find alternative surgery asap.

Awful Practice, waited over 3 hours on the telephone to speak to a receptionist, waited over an hour as caller 1 in the queue. Disappointed, dissatisfied, disgraced. Shocking practice.

Cannot get to see a GP at this practice, the good GPs have left.Have tried making an appointment as I have had sudden hearing loss in one ear, I have had several falls over the last few weeks as my left knee keeps giving way.Explained this to the receptionist who advised me to contact later in the week regarding appointments and to treat my ear with olive oil.Since when did receptionists become medical practitioners? This practice as lost its way and is letting down its patients.

Feel I was not listened too, the GP I saw had never met before and seemed to know little about my health conditions.Had very little eye contact with her and she spent most of the time staring at her computer screen.How I miss The Gp's that really cared about their patients and you developed a relationship with them.Not a good experience at this Surgery. Would not recommend it !

My Daughter has asked for an appointment to start the contraception pill and was told 4 weeks waiting list? So much for preventing unwanted pregnancies, I am shocked to say the least! All the sexual health lessons drilled into kids at school and advice from us (parents) is a waste of time! She is 18years old and trying to do the responsible thing and we are totally knocked back by this!

Doctor rang me while I was at work despite my asking receptionist for them to ring later. The doctor did not seem to have read my notes at all and was surprised when I told her that I need a hip replacement and needed painkillers till I could see the surgeon in October. She then reeled off all the down sides of taking painkillers long term, I am in constant pain but I feel that because I’ve had other health problems previously that they are not taking me seriously

Fell in my garden, and cut my right arm, contacted the surgery and asked if I could see a nurse as the wound needed a dressing.Was told this was not possible and advised to go to pharmacy or A&E.I informed the surgery that it would probably only require butterfly stitches and I was not prepared to sit in A&E for up.to 7 hours as they needed to deal with more urgent cases.I really feel this practice needs reviewing as they are not providing an adequate service .
