My regular GP is as great as ever, however you now have to jump through hoops with a receptionist gatekeeper to get a follow up test and appointment. It has gone from the best GP booking system to the worst in a matter of months and needs to be sorted out. Unfortunately don’t have much choice if we get ill.

Seen quickly did not have to wait long doctor was very thorough gave good support and advice very friendly and helpful would like to see her again if needed

When needed, I can get an appointment and I am treated with respect and courtesy. It's useful having a dispensary so we don't have to go to a chemist. I am aware that all GPs in the County are the same, but it doesn't make sense that we have to go to the hospital for blood tests requested by hospital doctors.

I seen a nurse for a cervical screening test . She was amazing she put me at ease , and explained what the procedure is for and how it helps to prevent cancer . Why we need them every 3 years . As women we worry about these tests we need not to see over in seconds . Really save our lives . I recommend this practice to friends and family they are great

It was a review of my diabetes and there was a diabetes nurse plus a diabetes specialist nurse in attendance, they were able to give me advice on improving the control of my blood sugar levels.

I got an emergency appointment, saw the Doctor who paid first class attention. Explained kindly why I needed to go to hospital. Created paperwork to assist on arrival.

My appointment was relating to blood tests. Very supportive surgery to my needs. Will do there best to provide appointments to suit. Little or No waiting time . Quick and efficient.

All staff are friendly and supportive providing great advice and care when required. My experience on the day lived up to this, providing a friendly warm environment that relaxed and helped me through the appointment
