The appointment was 20 minutes late @ 9.05 in the morning. Tbe Dr pleasant and interesting i do mot jave the time to continue

I contacted the surgery at 10 am and was able to see a prescriber (?) nurse that day. She was lovely; I didn’t feel a nuisance as I have done elsewhere. I left the surgery feeling positive.

Seen by a very proficient and pleasant nurse. Appointment on time. Easy to make an appointment via the new online system which saved phoning and waiting in a queue.

Triage questionnaire easy to complete and meant I saw the right person. Appointment timescale was fine as my issue was non urgent. Doctors, nurses and staff always friendly and helpful. I feel very fortunate to be a patient of this practice after hearing some stories of other practices.

I had an appointment with the nurse there were some issues with the computer but the nurse was not fazed. She said she would check something and let me know later which she did.

After an accident I have had to attend the surgery a number of times. Staff very helpful and an appointment made every time or a telephone call from Doctor. Very satisfied with the treatment I have received and the telephone call was excellent and answered all my questions. Thankyou.

I filled out a triage form online on a Thursday and was contacted on the Monday with an appointment for the following day. The Dr was extremely thorough and listened to my concerns.
