Was seen by Senior Nurse within half an hour. He/she had researched my condition and suitable medication including contraindications before I arrived.

All the staff were helpful. Appointment was on time. The doctor was helpful and arranged an X ray. Text to make the appointment came thro straight away.

I was offered a same day appointment, which took place on time. The clinician I saw was efficient and professional, and offered useful advice. The practice receptionist was helpful and friendly, and overall the experience was very positive.

The nurse I saw was friendly and professional. She was thorough and explained the issue I had and how the medications she was prescribing would help. She made sure I understood what dosage and how and when to take the tablets. She made a follow-up appointment for me there and then. Brilliant service!

I phoned at 8.15am, was 16th in the queue and selected to be called back when it was my turn. A callback came 30mins later and I was offered an appointment at 9am or 9.40am. The doctor saw me at my appointment time, issued a prescription and I was out of the building within 20 minutes. This is an absolutely fantastic practice, and I consider myself and my family lucky to live so close to such a fantastic service.

Dr R is a great GP. Very professional, friendly, kind and genuinely caring. Very thorough in checking through medications and medical history. I was really impressed.

It is what I’ve come to expect from our wonderful NHS and from the service offered by Weedon and Greens Norton Surgeries. The consultation was informative and I was given time to discuss my concerns. The doctor was well briefed on my condition and records were well used. Advice on the way treatment should progress was excellent and a follow up scan was arranged (and has already been confirmed for the near future). Many thanks
