    Do not use this medical surgery, they lack empathy and patience. They make you feel like you are putting them out by contacting in an emergency, had numerous close calls with them advising not to come in. To later be told by a proper professional, who advised we should have been seen earlier. Use this surgery at your own peril, if you get past the condescending phone call from the “Doctor”. My advise would be call 111, who are more than helpful and will be able to assist a lot better. Not one to normally write reviews, but the service me and my family have received was that woeful. I felt it had to be said.

    I regret to say that my experience with Greenmoss medical centre has been highly unsatisfactory, prompting me to write this negative review. I reached out to the practice to book an appointment within a reasonable timeframe of two weeks, only to be met with gasps of surprise and what felt like unwarranted judgment from the staff. Interactions with the practise have left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the extent that I have since avoided seeking general health visits altogether. The unprofessional demeanour displayed during my attempt to schedule an appointment has greatly discouraged me from engaging further. As a result, I have opted to switch to another GP practice where I hope to receive the level of respect and professionalism that was sorely lacking at Greenmoss medical centre. It is disheartening to have to resort to such measures due to the dismissive and off-putting behaviour encountered.

    I came into the surgery today to discuss an ongoing issue with my skin/acne which has effected my personal confidence and appearance for the last 10 years. It’s an issue which I’ve been going to the practice about for years but I never seemed to see any progression, resolution or cure. However, today I saw a doctor who I haven’t seen before and believe they might be fairly new to the practice, apologies if that is not the case. I haven’t been for a face to face appointment for a while. However I can honestly say that it was one of the best and most thorough appointments I’ve ever had at the practice. The doctor in question didn’t make me feel rushed, listened to my concerns intently and gave me advice above and beyond my initial needs. They went through my medical options in great detail with me, explaining in such great detail and left no stone unturned in regards to potential treatments. I honestly left the appointment feeling elated that finally, one of the doctors had taken my skin concerns seriously and gave me some genuine real life advice on the matter. Honestly, I felt like it was one of the most productive, comfortable and successful doctors appointments I’ve ever had. The doctor in question is an absolute credit to the practice, and I’m really looking forward to booking in again with this doctor to assess the successfulness of my prescribed treatments.

    After several years of good service the surgery has gone down the pan .. perhaps its time cqc reviewed there 2017 review !!! No patient service at all ... Doctors are still very good if you have the privilege of getting an appointment.

    I arranged a telephone appointment two months in advance, for which I organised some time out of work. The day prior, I received a text reminder confirming that my appointment was at the expected time. On the day, I received the phone call more than one hour early, which I naturally was unable to take. I returned the phone call as quickly as I was able to. The receptionist told me my appointment was changed, not at the arranged time- regardless of written evidence proving otherwise- but the nurse was going to phone back later on in the afternoon. I proceeded to receive another phone call just half an hour later, which again I could not take. In short, an unresolved waste of time, and a major inconvenience.

    Day before the bank holiday, I called as worried I was starting with a chest infection. Receptionist booked a call with the GP who issued antibiotics which I collected that afternoon. Thank you to all staff in the chain who played their part. Excellent service!

    Very poor Doctors cant get an appointment its 3weeks wait ive had heart pains but still cant get one and unless you go to A&E you won't get a face to face appointment either, every other Doctors Surgery is open face to face but not this one

    Dear patient We are sorry that you were unhappy with our service. From your annonymous comments, it would seem that the appropriate place for your heart pains would have been A&E, however, from your comments, we do not know if reception advised this. We offer same day appointments for urgent problems and if you let reception know the nature of the problem, they will book an appropriate appointment, either by phone or face to face. We are disappointed that you haven't raised this issue through our complaints process as this would have made us aware of the problem and enabled us to address it.

    The doctors always go above and beyond. They always do what they say. Even if you have to wait for call back. They are so busy but in my experience they know their stuff and explain everything really well. I have been with the practise for over 20 years they have never let us down yet. All the staff are great. ThAnkyou.
