Every time I call reception to book an appointment there is never a nice friendly or just normal vibe. The receptionist are rude. I was recently asked what was wrong with me and I said I wasn't willing to discuss my issue and would prefer to speak to the GP instead about what was wrong with me which I have every right to say. She responded by asking again and again I also gave the same response and she hang up on me. On a separate occasion I had one of the nurses call me back as I has requested a call to discuss my test results. I asked what the cause of my problem was and she responded with " well what did you come to see the GP about" in a rude tone and which also doesn't address my concerns and at that point I hang up as we were not getting anywhere. These people deal with some of the vulnerable people in our society and in my opinion they are no fit enough to do so as they lack the respect and patience required and basic human manners. I have to say the GPs are amazing but their receptionists and some of their nurses are horrible horrible people.

So nice and very polite and helpful, receptionists are amazing also doctors are so good , they treat the problem not just theory and they go really deep in investigation , they care , absolutely great and always same day appointments, A huge thanks to the NHS and you should be proud about your staff especially greenford medical staff. The person I saw was friendly, thoughtful, efficient and patient, when she had to complete a questionnaire about me and take my blood pressure and a sample for blood tests.

Rang surgery after telephone appointment was 1/2hrs later,got bark at by rude receptionist,and repeat prescription at pharmacy,got barked at where to pick up as never done this before.Even expected to go to hospital for routine blood test.Seven plus Drs and two nurses yet hospital for bloods,this surgery is the worse one around for getting appointments,getting bloods and rudeness of reception staff,been here 20plusyears,never ring unless really need to.Worse it’s ever been

I have experienced both being the care giver, and receiving care. It starts with your reception staff, who are 'Outstanding!'. They do their best to assist, whatever is thrown at them, with a good attitude. I am always made to feel welcome. Keep up the good work Greenford Road Medical Centre reception staff - Your amazing!

Following a blood test requiring further investigation from a urologist, I was called by the surgery and given a prompt appointment with the GP. The consultation was on time and professionally conducted. All relevant medical information was explained in a manner that was readily accessible without feeling patronised. An urgent referral was arranged with specialists in the field. This is one example of my on going experience with the surgery. Having registered with several other surgeries, I can categorically state that this has been my best experience to date. Phone calls are answered speedily and appointments arranged promptly. Where necessary, referrals to specialists are arranged promptly and followed up to ensure there is no delay in further diagnosis or treatment. Prescription requests,for instance, are acted upon immediately. I have total faith in the surgery and know that my health is being treated seriously and taken care of. My personal thanks to all staff at the surgery. I have no hesitation in recommending the surgery for prospective patients. Thank you all at the surgery and wishing you good health at all times.

I called the surgery as I was having problems with the System Online. I spoke with two receptionists. Both were very helpful and took the time to help me reset my login details. I also did not have a ong wait and was able to speak to the receptionists within 2/3 minutes
