ihave lower back pain radiating to left thigh i have called my gb on 23/04/24 as emergency reception refused to book ad they advised me to call 111 as I can’t walk, stand up, sleep or do my normal activities ambulance attend at 4am in morning on 24.04.24 (patients initials: ses cad 4895 and try to help as much as they can “thank you to london ambulance, tried to call my gb as pain still on place and getting worse they are unprofessional to deal witch the situation and busy I called 4-5 times to confirm my prescription and receptionist ignored my inquiry and been rude she said will contact doctor to write my prescription and didn’t happen now i have to be another night feeling pain again with no medication and she’s relaxing so is this is how Greenford fhb gb dealing with patients So I have written this complaint from my experience with Greenford fhb hanwell regards sherif el saman

I've never had any problems getting an appointment, especially a telephone appointment. Even this week I called pretty late in the day on a Monday and they managed to squeeze me in. Lovely staff and great service

I met an exceptional phlebotomist today who in all my years have never encountered a more skilled individual, I only wish I could name her she was absolutely brilliant.

Every time when I want an appointment I can access to my GP doctors quickly. The resptionists and the doctors are very careful and polite to me and I had no problem with them at any time of visiting them

My Phlebotomist was highly professional, reassuring, and friendly with a warm approach. She is good at her job with a soft hand that is never painful. I always look forward to getting my blood taken by her. Amazing Phlebotomist.

All staff are friendly, helpful and professional at all times. They have also very polite. My concerns were dealt with professionally and in a timely manner.I was seem to my appointment time . It was a very positive outcome. I feel peace of mind that I visited the surgery. I will definitely recommend my GP practice to all my friends and family.

I went to see one of the nurses at the practice to review my treatment for asthma and blood pressure tests. In both cases she explained what was going to happen and what she was going to do and what I needed to do This regular review is helpful in monitoring my condition and ensuring the medication I take is accurate and up to date. It is a good example of preventative care by the Practice.

always when I call there is a nice service and they try to help organize a quick visit. The ladies at the reception are very nice, as well as the doctors. I highly recommend these clinics
