    Absolute appalling practice I must say. I have been with Bedfont Practice all my life I'm almost 60 years old. It was once a great practice ut over the last few years it has completely changed and changed for the worse. I use an inhaler and have done all my life I asked for a prescription in June and it was refused. I was told that I need to make an appointment to see a Doctor?....why? The waiting list is at least 2 weeks! And also means that I will need to book a days leave from work. I keep asking for a prescription but still it gets refused! This has been going on for a month now. The practice is a shambles complete chaos.

    There is always limited emergency appointments in this gp. All they do is ask you try again tomorrow and youll never get an emergency appointment. Ive barely managed to get a telephonic appointment as an emergency but not everything can be explained on the phone. Very dissatified with this GP.

    I don't even know how to start, the practice is pointless, can not ever get an appointment, my 4 year old child is currently suffering, spent two days trying to get an appointment at the practice with no appointments available, hours one on the phone with 111, waited 4 hrs in a&e to be told the wait is going to be another 2-6hrs, finally he has been seen at a walk in centre only to be told they do not have the equipment to do further tests and I need to see Gp What am I supposed to do if this Gp practice does not care about it's patients, where do we get help for an ill child who is in pain now and does not need to see doctor in 4 weeks they need to be seen now! It's sad that people who are supposed to help you are not even bothered to try or offer the advice and push everything back to 111 or A&e. Management of this practice needs to change, the whole ridicules system they have in place is not helping patients who need help now, you can not tell me that all the appointments have gone within 6min of the opening of the practice.

    My son was unwell, the soonest availability is 4 weeks time . Not acceptable. Took him to a&e where they said he would have gone down hill if waited for that appointment.

    Extremely unsatisfied. I called surgery today for an emergency aytempts after 22 nd attempt i managed to speak to the receptionist . I am covid positive and i have severe palpitation needs a review o (am also in medical profession). She said there is no emergency appointment today . I just enquired for a sick certificate too .how i apply one . I never applied one before. She told me you need to apply online. After she told me please dont call for 08 am for sick certificate . I said i never called for sick certificate . I need a review with my gp since i had palpitation . When patients are so frustrated and tired these type ofresponse make them upset. I also served NHs for 18 years and i felt it very bad.
