I needed to get an urgent GP appointment and when I co tasted the surgery was given a face to face appointment just half an hour later. I was very grateful indeed for this. And I know it’s not a one-off as I’ve always been able to get same day appointments at this surgery. Thank you!

Different doctors give different advice. One said I shouldn't have been given antibiotics by another. Another time one told me to go back if I had x symptoms and when I returned I was told it was normal and I shouldn't have come in. They are patronising and dismissive in their manner. I will be changing practice

I want to thank the receptionist/care navigator and practice nurse for their brilliant support and generous spirit as they 'went the extra mile' for me yesterday. They were receptive and found a solution for which I'm really grateful. Working in primary care myself, I know how challenging it is to meet all your patient needs. You're doing an excellent job. Thank you, again!

I work within the NHS and have for 31yrs. The staff I deal with from this practice, sometimes on a daily basis, have the utmost care, respect, empathy professionalism and are all a credit to this surgery. Thank you, girls,.

All of the GP's, nurses and clerical staff offer a brilliant service. In the last twelve months, I have suffered from a number of conditions and the quality of care and attention to detail to provide the support I need has been excellent. I would thoroughly recommend this surgery to anyone looking to change their practice. The staff go above and beyond to provide the right care for patients.

All of the staff are so friendly and helpful, and its easy to get through to reception at any time of day. (which in other practices I've found very difficult to do). They are genuine, and listen to your health problems, and act upon your concerns. Moving to this GP was the best decision I've ever made in terms of my healthcare.
