My family recently registered here after 20 plus years with what I would term a good GP practice. Greenridge though are a step above...the great thing is they embrace technology so we can use the online services and that frees up phones for this who prefer to call. Have had GP, Physio and hospital referral all chased in a matter of days as apposed to many days just calling and holding...a great example of what the NHS does best...many thanks to the entire team.

Having worked myself as a GP in covid times, I am very impressed with how this practice has managed to deliver a good service. Response to e consults has been usually within 24 hours and on occasion within the hour. The medical care is excellent and face to face appointments offered when appropriate. I highly recommend the practice.
