    I was phoned within 3 hours of a blood test taken at Chase hospital, suggesting possible problematic issues with the results and suggesting action to be taken immediately as a result. I was impressed with the speed of )the reaction to the test results.

    I cannot believe that they won’t put our records on the nhs app as requested, I was to come in and fill out form, go down to be told no we don’t use the nhs app. And I would need to request a paper version of my records. I know a lot of other surgeries that patience’s can get there medical info on the app why we cannot here.

    ✔ The doctors gave me good medicine and referred me to a good hospital in order to let me take the quick surgery so that I could be peaceful in my mind with prompt support and help me effectively. ✔ I am thankful to them indeed for their warmhearted help that touched my heart and made me moved🙏👍😂

    I have been with the practice for 3 years now and so far not been perfect especially during COVID but not worse as I've been hearing from most surgeries but I should say my whole family - husband and 2 children has been seen by the Doctors in this practice and have all been great. I don't get problems getting appointments, I can wait in the que on the phone but my issue is been dealt at all times. I recently booked my daughter and offered to be seen in the other practice and explained to me well by receptionist that the specific Drs that deals with the problem that my daughter has are all available at the time which is perfectly fine with me. That Dr suggested a specialist referral that should come from my own GP and we didn't have to chase up my GP and was called in for face to face for appointment. Our GP has been helpful and explained well and given us options. The staff/ receptionist are all friendly and helpful. Overall our experience has been positive, the staff & team deserves to be appreciated and we are thankful for doing their service to the community and would definitely recommend Green Lane Surgery.

    Always willing to discuss health when I have concerns over surgery and arranges quick clinical services such as scans, xrays bloodtests when needed

    Written on behalf of my partner. We understand the pressures of the NHS at the moment. However, My partner was totally appalled by the service! Waited over 40 minutes after their scheduled appointment. To be then seen by a doctor who is completely dismissive of the problem. No patient history was checked. Doctor was completely judgemental. Total waste of time.

    Been with the surgery all my life and never had issues before the pandemic. Now, they rarely answer the phone, and you can’t get a face-to-face appointment with a doctor for love nor money. On the one instance that I did manage to get through, I was impressed that I was only second in the queue, and was told I’d get a same day call back from a doctor. That afternoon, the receptionist called me back and said that the doctor had deferred my callback until the following week, because they were “inundated with emergencies”. I’m not sure how, on a Tuesday, they can foresee an entire week full of emergencies. The receptionist asked if this was alright, and when I said “no, not really”, she said didn’t know what to say - so I’m not really sure why she asked. Can’t help but wonder if this is because I was calling with regards to a women’s health issue. Was running late for an appointment with the nurse and tried to call, but they didn’t answer the phone. When I got there I was sent away and told to rearrange. I accept the lateness as my own fault, but the wasted journey is down to a lack of reception staff. Will be moving to a different surgery as soon as possible, because Green Lane just doesn’t meet the same standard it used to.

    I can't thank the receptionists enough they are always so understanding and are able to get me suitable appointments when needed .I've never had an unpleasant appointment with any of the doctors and staff , always so caring to my child with additional needs . Keep up the good work!
