I have had 3 appointments with the GP assistant for blood pressure checks. She has been very informative & takes time to explain. Very polite manner. Would recommend.

I have been with this practice for over 30 years and I can honestly say it’s The best surgery in Dagenham. Both Doctors are amazing and are always so helpful and provides the best care for me and my family. The staff are also so helpful and provide great customer service.

I visited the surgery to see the GP assistant and she was really helpful. She always is kind and well mannered and explains everything really well. I have seen her a few times now and would be happy to see her each time. I have been treated with a lot of care.

Professional and very helpful from Dr Tina Teotia all the way to lady's at the reception. In a short space of time Dr Teotia sorted out lots of medical issues that have been overlooked with previous GP. I can only thank everyone in Green Lane Surgery and highly recommended it to any other person. Regards,Damir

I got very good service when I attended the surgery the other day, the nurse was lovely and the gp was very nice and explained everything to me in detail, this is something I've very rarely experienced at my previous gp after 20 years of being registered with them, I've received more care in one visit to your surgery Regards

Received a phone call from my doctor to discuss my medication for diabetes. After talking with the doctor. We come up with a new plan with the medication and will review in three months time I found this very helpful.

I had a telephone consultation. With the doctor to ask advice with regards to weightloss with being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. I didn't get any advice. The did say they would refer me to car provider and they will call me the next day to discuss. But they did not happen.
