   Having received a call from reception staff out of the blue I was surprised by how rude, confrontational and unhelpful they were. When asked questions they didn’t have answers to instead of offering help or assistance…or even to get back to me once they that the information their attitude was that it was someone else’s problem and to pass the buck.
