   All other surgeries ask you to complete a form for travel vaccinations. I was told I have to visit a clinic and pay for a form. I am trying to book a late deal holiday and this is proving difficult and the surgery were not understanding or willing to let myself and partner complete a form. They said it’s unfortunate. I rang other local surgeries and a form is to be completed. Why is the procedure different and costly!?

   Absolutely amazing service, never had any issues with appointments or treatment and even had brilliant follow-up after emergency surgery
