    As a external NHS member of staff, I was trying to call to speak with a member of staff of the surgery with regards to one of their patients and as of writing this message I am currently 10 in the que and have been waiting 47 minutes. This is very unprofessional and poor. If external agencies as well as other NHS services have to get in contact with this surgery, they will find it very hard. There does not seem to be any urgency whatsoever when answering the phones at this surgery and they do not seem to value other peoples concerns and time. If my call was urgent and very important and I had to speak with a member of staff about a patients medication and well-being in an emergency, I will be waiting forever. In some NHS settings the phone line is only meant to ring 4 times and must be picked up and if the reception is so busy then you have more than 1 person answering the phones. Finishing this review I am still 10 in the que. This is totally a horrible experience and abhorrent.

    The receptionist was proactive and kind and the nurse professional and helpful ,I'm sorry that in midst of what was being coped with I didn't properly say thank you, please know you are appreciated

    I called Monday first thing first in the Que, was told they were already fully booked, not sure how that’s possible, and that the next appointment was in a week and a half, the time comes closer to then get a text, no phone call saying they have changed my time to 9am which doesn’t work for me, tried to call was second in the Que was on hold for 45 minutes to then decide to hang up and visit the practice, was told nothing can be done all they could do was push my appointment back another two weeks, what a joke, going if google reviews this practice should be investigated something isn’t right.

    Busy Monday evening. First time booked a new Go.Booked for a routine appt. Was at least 45minutes over - but i was impressed by GPs constant monitoring of pts. (Crying child kind of took over- and was with the nurse - was very distressed) Gp was dealing in and out of clinic room , apologising to pts - extremely professional and took it on the chin. Constant knocks in-between clinic with patients and I felt guilty taking her time for a routine appt. GP was fantastic and i was very impressed. GP took time with my young daughter and never once felt to be “ushered out” due to time restraints. I did hope GP went home on time! Thankyou - your efforts were truly noted.

    Had an appointment, checked in with the receptionist and waited an hour. Was still not called so went to the front desk to enquire to the other receptionist and I had apparently not checked in Explained I spoke to the other receptionist who was there too and she claimed I had never spoken to her and flat-out lying Check in machine not working, disorganized staff, terrible practice and will be unregistering

    Always able to get an appointment either in person or remotely even on the same day . Doctors always available to provide advice and support.,

    I can never get through to the receptions, life just seem to be difficult for them I am on the phone now 48min and still no answer and am first in the queue apparently, I have even gone to the lengths of actually calling and walking in and it’s not even busy, I think it’s just poor work performance or management. You can blame shortness of staff so many times but enough is enough, there has to be improvement and it should be advertised what measures the management are taking to improve this?… !

    You can’t get through to them at all, always in a queue and sometimes the line gets cut off just as you are the first one in queue. Its always we don’t have any appointments available so you will have to call back later and when we call back at the time given magically all appointments are taken and we are then told to call back the following morning at 8am and the same process starts again. It’s as if there is no concern or importance of patients at this GP surgery. Definitely leaving this surgery snd registering my family with a new surgery, one that values its patients and doesn’t have its patients questioning the system.

    Good doctors once we get to them. But the process to get to them is absolutely ridiculous. I am on the phone apparently next in the queue and been waiting for over an hour . On some occasions I am 2nd or 3rd in the waiting queue on the phone but waiting nearly 2 hours to get through and talk to the receptionist. Absolutely terrible. Once we get through after waiting nearly 2 hours, we are told they can not make us an appointment now and that we must either call at 2pm or go online .
