    So I had a telephone consultation with a doctor yesterday and was told to call in for a blood test form to find out what’s wrong with me. I went in with my baby today and was told I don’t need the blood test for she will book me in to the clinic across the road next week, she offered me 10.30 but I said no because my baby would be napping so she offered me 11.50 so I took that, later on I noticed on the app it was booked for 10.30, I phoned up and was told it’s been booked for that time and they can’t change it because it’s in time order so I said well I can’t make that so she said she will make me an app at the hospital but I would need the blood test form that I wasn’t given when I came in so it would mean another trip in to get the blood test form which I’m not prepared to do as I’ve too much going on so now I’m going to continue with the issues because Granville house messed up again like always ! they haven’t even offered to post the blood test form to save me coming back in!

    You can be redialling on repeat, I mean constantly, from 8am and still no chance of getting an appointment.

    Been on their books for over 30 years and always had great service and on-the-day appointments if booked first thing in the morning. Now it's hopeless. From 0800 the phone seems to be permanently engaged. Tried twice this week and both times there were no appointments available by the time I got through. Today I tried phoning 26 times and when I got through at 0827 there were no appointments left. I was told to queue outside the door at 0800 next week to try to book an appointment but was warned the queues were getting longer every day. There are no appointments available through the NHS app for six days. It's little wonder A&E is under such pressure.
