It’s impossible to get an appointment. Receptionist are unsympathetic and unhelpful. Lack of responsiveness and inability to get GP advice despite trying for over 4 weeks has led to my daughter having to attend A&E and take sick leave from her work. The system of sending a link for patients to try and access an appointment is not working. This used to be an excellent practice but I would not recommend it now.

After all the negativity I have heard about GPS and Doctor practices I just wanted to say that I can’t fault the Barley practice. I get replies from emails within the day, phone call appointments and face to face appointments when needed immediately. The pharmacy is on site. I feel very fortunate that my family are with such a caring practice.
