I had surgery on the 11th terrible pain when I came home I was given morphine by the hospital the next day I was extremely ill and phone 111 they told me to stop using morphine and if the pain continues to ring the GP practice for support the next day the pain was still unbearable I ran the GP practice I was told a nurse or doctor would call me back this never happened. On the 19th I got a text from the nurse saying that if I had pain I was to use co-codamol I'm extremely allergic to this if she had bothered to read my notes. She was 11days too late, and extremely bad advice.

I am hard of hearing and was sent a phone appointment these details should be held on records as it's no good. Also was given a 4 week appointment this was cancelled. Surely because you have waited 4 weeks already you should not have to wait another 4 weeks for the next appointment it's ok saying they have looked at your results of blood tests but the information I was given with my first appointment says you will be seen in 4 weeks not 8 weeks.
