    I underwent surgery at the Sandwell and West Birmingham Hospitals NHS Trust 11 weeks ago and, unfortunately, I have not yet received a follow-up. I have been experiencing pain and discomfort, which is causing me a lot of concern as I do not feel these pains are normal. This has led me to visit the GP twice. However, I could not get a referral to return to the specialist. I believe a new imaging test is necessary, considering that the first one was unsatisfactory and the expected recovery time from surgery was between 6 and 8 weeks. The GP continues to perform basic tests and prescribe medication that is not improving my condition, and I feel that the GP is not taking my problem seriously.

    Pachs is an efficient way of listing symptoms for triage. Saves patients time waiting on phone lines and saves receptionists time writing symptoms down. Was very helpful for me. Still not easy to make changes to an appointment Pachs is easy to use on a computer - not so easy on a mobile phone with a small screen.

    The response was very good, but there is still the need for a very quick early morning message. There is only a very short window for you to get a request in before the window is closed. Then it means waiting until the following morning to try again. However, if you are successful with your message then the response was very good.

    I work full time you can't call 30 in the q in the morning or go to the practice so used patches. Very stressful as waiting for call backs aren't go to loo and scared you are going to miss the call. Appointment made you feel rushed in the appointment had a lovely paramedic but then has to call in the doctor so appointment should have been with a doctor. Patches do not like having to put medical information on line and all the repetitive questions took 8 minutes to fill out In 4 years the service has gone from brilliant to s--- which I am very sorry to say The whole system needs looking at I won't email repeat Prescription as no bounce back email to advise you have received my email there also has been to many mistakes this way but what a simple thing to fix.

    First time contacting surgery by this method. Fast response for an appointment with doctor. Appointment was on time and I didn’t feel I had only a few minutes to outline my medical needs. After seeing the doctor I left feeling satisfied with the outcome.

    There was quite a long form to fill in where it felt like you were diagnosing yourself but it is obviously necessary to filter out who needs to see whom. We were seen by the doctor who was incredibly kind and gentle with my daughter and gave us some really useful advice. Thank you very much for your excellent care!
