    I have been dealt with nice and good doctors. But it’s really very hard or seems impossible to get appointments with the doctors. Always given appointments with the incompetent nurses who didn’t even know about the issues. And shamelessly says I have heard this problem for the first time in my practice years. That was shocking to me.and the other one told me on phone that she is referring me to something and when I ask receptionist about the referral there was nothing in the record this practitioner nurse is so rude and show such a bad behavior that I don’t want to even see these nurses again in this practice. Overall receptionist and doctors are good. This practice need to change their nursing staff. Another problem is getting appointments is such a bad experience that don’t want to do it . I have left this practice hopefully other one will help me .

    Been trying to book an appointment with the GP for over a week, each time I get told that they don't have any appointment as they run out of space for the day, asked if they had any availability in the next few days but told that they can only see availability for that day only and can't book anything in the future as their GP appointment diaries doesn't have the feature. Since when are diaries restricted to only one day viewing?. I have been calling from 8am and after waiting for on average 30mins for them to answer (the music on hold needs to change) they always say the same thing, that they have had a high demand for the GP today and dont have any appointments left. Can somebody tell me what's wrong with having a two weeks appointment dairy system? You have staff rotas so will know when GPs are scheduled to work etc. Also since privatisation of some GP surgeries in Tower Hamlets it seems we've lost the element of care when giving out GP services.

Following the feedback from patients, we have implemented an advance appointment booking system where patients can book appointments 48 hours and 2 weeks in advance, subject to availability.     Sadly this had to be the worst go I have ever registered with in the 5 cities i lived in. Impossible to get an appointment through the app, after days of failed attempts I had to call 111 to get an appointment. The system in the app doesn't work. You have no chance of contacting the GP unless you call do do online consultation between 7 and 8 if you are lucky, they will claim they called you back or you are greeted by the message "we have reached our max capacity". Call again tomorrow. I was invited to do a check up, the nurse spent an hour forcing her religious views on me, telling me off for not having children. Insisting i should leave my partner and find a child bearing woman.

    Dear Patient, We apologise for the experience you have had with our surgery, following your appointment with one of our clinical staff. This is not a standard we set for ourselves. Our GP is open from 8 am onward for appointments. We offer 48 hours and 2 weeks in advance appointments for patients, subject to availability. Once we have reached full capacity for appointments, we advise patients to use alternative services such as local pharmacies, NHS 111 and DR IQ. DR IQ is now open for longer times than previously as we have hired more clinical and admin staff to meet all demands. If you experience issues with DR IQ, you can request for support on the DR IQ website.

    My parents were seen in the practice for their review by the Hca Jabada and are new to uk. I must say my parents received a professional , friendly service from her. My parents were extremely happy that they could also communicate with her. She also booked additional appointments for them that were required, and went out of her reach to give the best service. I recommend them to come to see her often. Thank you
