Dr dipsi patel exelent,sorted problems with my meds and got things moving for my treatment she is understanding and listens,explains everything so you understand,having this dr working for the surgery is a asset very good

Since joining the practice in October 2021 we are delighted with the care and attention we receive from all staff, receptionists, nurses, paramedic, pharmacist and all doctors that we have seem. The care my husband received recently from both dr and physio was first class. The care we receive is excellent. Thank you all so much.

Horrible service from receptionist. Contacted to request appointment on the day. I was in distress. Receptionist was rude and not helpful. Receptionist said she has duty of care only for nice patients. Put in complaint and the said Receptionist made up total lies about support provided. Needles to say that I will be taking it further to ombudsman. Avoid at all costs this surgery if you can.

As per our reply to your original complaint, the receptionist tried to help you but you were aggressive towards her in your manner of speech. We do not tolerate abusive behaviour and reserve the right to end calls where it is felt that a person is speaking in an unreasonable manner, as in this case.

I rang at 8am on a Monday morning after being unwell over weekend. I did have a long wait but was given an appointment within 2 hours, very helpful & professional receptionist. Thankyou

Having recently had a hip replacement, I found the surgery's initial consultation and referral system to be very professional and slick. Likewise my post-op care when they made an appointment for clips to be removed on the day requested - and the treatment was carried out quickly, efficiently and with good humour.

All my experience of the nursing team at GA Doctors has been positive. From vaccinations for holidays to asthma consultations and other routine check ups, the nurses are always very informed and answer any questions, helpful and compassionate in their manner. They give you their time and listen carefully, the appointments never feel rushed yet they somehow run on time!

I came for a appointment to see a docror who was lovely to me,my problem was solved as to what was wrong,doctor had to send pictures to dermatology got my diagnosis and was given a prescription picked up the meds from chemist thats when prob started i have the meds utterly confused how to use them properly chemist didnt know either,they gave me a copy of prescription im still confused how or in what order to supply the ointments to my body as i have 3 diff ones,still do not know im useing them and hoping its in right order just confused

I came to see my doctor who quickly saw I was struggling to breathe and put me on oxygen and called an ambulance. My doctor and two nurses then stayed with me until the paramedics arrived and took me to hospital. This was very good attention from my doctor and deserves praise.

The pharmasist very good helpfull,was having trouble with meds sorted it for me,the nice lady on reception was nice on the phone,yes you have to wait in a que,but worth it to get sorted,ive been a patient here for well over 30 yrs top surgery.

Very kind receptionists and excellent nurses who were so lovely in their attention to detail in dealing with a wound that needed care twice a week. This surgery should be proud of the way they deal with patients in a ever changing and difficult environment.
