I wanted to register with this gp surgery as i only live two minutes away. I checked the nhs website to find out which surgeries were accepting new patients and this surgery is on the nhs website as accepting new patients. Called in to collect my form and was told by the receptionist that they are not accepting any new patients when i asked why they are advertising on their website and the nhs website that they are she couldn't answer me. When i suggested that they remove it or change it to say they are not accepting new patients her response was they can't do that as they will accept new patients if they live with someone who is registered with them already! I know they have to request to close their books and i don't believe that they have. I will try to register again and if i am refused again i will be taking it further.

Called me at 8:17 to cancel an MRI which was at 8:35. Waited months for it booked off work, Uber was outside and had to pay for it. No letters no communication left it till the last few minutes. Horrible.

I brought my mother for her MRI scan, with very reduced movements so couldn’t walk far, taxi dropped us off by main doors but was out of hours for the surgery so main doors was closed, the female security guard noticed us and came out to see if we was ok, the weather was so bad it was when we had the torrential rain, she let us inside, and helped walk mom to the MRI unit, she made sure we was warm enough while we was waiting around and had a lovely conversation with us, MRI said we couldn’t go inside as they had another patient so the female officer took us back inside and kept us company until we was allowed in, after we finished the female officer met us and walked us back to our taxi in the rain and made sure we got into the taxi safely. I have to say, this was the most exceptional service I have ever encountered from a security guard, the willing to go above and beyond and made us feel important, she deserves recognition. Thank you once again to your security guard for helping us when we needed it. Will definitely recommend this surgery especially if the female security guard is there, she will make your day, so selfless xx

I telephoned in the morning and before 10 am the doctor called me back and said I could go right down to be seen I was examined and given medication without any problems what more can you ask for the service that you get you wouldn’t get any better if was paying private Well done yo all the staff your doing a fantastic job

whenever you need to speak to a GP reception staff are always helpful. GP will ring back on the same day and if necessary you will be given an appointment. I can't fault the service I receive from this practice

The receptionist's have always been friendly and helpful, the nurses are both professional and friendly. The GP I always see is professional, friendly and puts you at ease, he doesn't just give you a prescription, he listens to you and always has time for you, he is by far the best GP I've ever had.

I went to see the doctor about pain in my toe nails, he examined my both toes and said I had ingrowing toe nails. Straight away booked me in to the nurses. With in 2 weeks I was in the surgery having my ingrowing toe nails removed. Nurses were brilliant no pain while undergoing surgery. Problem solved, could not ask for better treatment from all staff ,reception, doctor, nurses excellent. Same with bloods, and blood pressure could not ask for a better practice.
