I have recently joined the Glebe Surgery , and have been very impressed with the outstanding service that I have received from all of the reception, nursing and medical staff. Everyone involved has been polite, kind, sympathetic, efficient and very professional.

Hardly know where to start, there is just so many things wrong with this dreadful practice! A recent injury resulted in an infection yet (when they finally got around to actually answering the phone!) they were apparently still ‘too busy’ to see me, though they assured me a doctor would phone me back, they never did! Having still heard nothing from a doctor the following day & with infection now raging, had to get someone to drive me to Minor Injuries at Horsham, where they were a bit shocked at the now state of the infection & I needed a 7 day course of powerful antibiotics! Had the doctors bothered to see me when I initially contacted them it probably would’ve only been a 3 day course! The whole place needs a good shake up, it is truly dreadful!

The nurses have helped me recover from a scold on my foot. They are brilliant. I dread to think what would have happened if I hadn’t had their help to heal it. I healed quicker than first expected because of their amazing care and advice. I’m very grateful. I’ve used a few of the services available at the glebe and I’m very happy with the quality of care they provide. Thank you.

I rung up the practice for an appointment to speak to a doctor. Receptionist explained I would have to ring another day. I got upset as the slightest thing sets me off because I was going through a traumatic time in the family (grandson had just had a kidney transplant). This lady was so patient and kind. She rung me back just before she had finished her shift and explained that someone had cancelled so before she left she made sure I got that appointment as she was now off until Monday. I'm afraid I didn't catch this receptionist name but want to thank her so much for being so kind. I hope the practice manager can pass on my thanks and let her know how grateful I am.

With all the negativity in the press etc about GP waiting times etc etc, as a family we have never received anything but great treatment by all the staff, nurses and doctors at The Glebe. We are so lucky to have such a great practice on our doorstep and can’t thank The Glebe enough.
