   Really unhappy with the service from this practice recently. You have to use ask my gp to for help which is usually fine, better even, however the practice only opens the service for approx 10 minutes when they are short staffed can only assume this is to boost practice stats e.g time taken to respond to a case however this has a massive negative impact on the patients attempting to get help.
