   Ringing the phone tonthe surgery at 5 past 8 being on hold until half past 8 to then be told all the appointments have gone is disgusting, myself and my family don't go to the doctors unless it's needed, which you would know when looking at our notes, you then say my husband can have a time to come and sit in the waiting area but there's no time frame, he works for a living he doesn't have all the time in the world to sit and wait. We are moving to a doctors that actually see you or give you the chance to be seen by a doctor at another surgery. This isn't the first time something like this has happened. And dont give me the nhs is struggling its a gp surgery that is owned privately pay your doctors better, treat patients better.
