  1. Review titled Too many patients not enough staff

Rated 1 star out of 5

It is next to impossible to book an appointment with a GP. Due to this I use eConsultation which are a game of ‘fastest finger first’. They open at 8:30am & seem to close two minutes later despite the website claiming they are open until 11am. I have been trying to complete my eConsultation for three days but despite clicking on the link provided between 8:30am - 8:40am eConsultations are closed for the day.

  3. Review titled Telephone grief

Rated 2 stars out of 5

After being on hold for half an hour going through the call queue getting to number one, being number one for five minutes then to be told the call is being terminated and to call back later is so frustrating. When you phone back later you have no chance of getting an appointment. This needs to be looked at. This happened three times in the last two weeks.
