Rang last Friday and was no. 9 in the queue. Decided on a call back. After 41 mins, I ring back and am no. 3. I hold on and get to no. 1 and was cut off. Rang back immediately and was no. 12 so I chose to drive over and speak to receptionist; who did not apologise about my experience. Today Monday I ring again at 15.03 and am no. 9 in the queue. I decide to have a call back where I won’t lose my place in the queue. at 17.46, still no call. How long does it take to deal with 9 calls. This surgery and treating patients like fools.

For an appointment with the doctor, please call every morning at 8 am and go on hold for half an hour and then speak to the receptionist and have the same conversation you had yesterday with her, which is that all the appointments have gone and you will need to call again tomorrow. Currently I have played this game for 7 days running. I am trying to get an appointment to speak to the doctor following a blood test - they have had the results for over a week now and currently I am trying to get an appointment to discuss the results - so far I am now trying for an appointment around 25th of May - - the whole system is just useless.
