    We arrived for our 6 weeks checkup for our daughter. My wife got a text in the morning saying appointment at 2:45. We show up at 2:40 and it looks like the appointment for my daughter was at 2:30, so the doctor decided not to see us and reschedule. I took time off from work for this appointment, I am appalled by the lack of empathy shown. Why would you schedule a baby before the mother, send the mother the appointment time by text but not the baby and just flag her for a no show?

    Rang for appointment took several calls taking 1.5 hours to eventually get through, to be told no further appointment available that day. Rang next morning (12 attempts and counting) but just getting engaged tone. Very poor.

    Called the Giffords today, Tuesday mid afternoon, to book an appointment to see a nurse. Was informed I was caller number ten on the waiting list. This was at 15.24. Got through to make my app at 15.52. my call last a little over 60 seconds. So Giffords, how would you rate your performance out of ten?
