  1. Review titled Poor service

Rated 1 star out of 5

The receptionist was rude to me and hanged up on me. The GP failed to comply with my needs as a patient. I am on 10mg blood thinner and work for a tech company. I asked if the GP could advise the pharmacy to provide me blood thiner for two months. The GP refused to do so and did not give me any reason for its action. This was not an issue in the past, but The GP stop doing it without any explanation.

  2. Review titled Bad Communication

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 26 May 2023

Had to chase 4 times for a referral, that wasn't sent for 6 months. Then had to chase 3 times to get a simple MSK referral, and after 3 tries, im still waiting for the GP to actually send the referal. The organisation recieiving the referral has not recieved anything in over a year, but the GP told me twice that he had sorted it. Overall, dissapointed in the service and dissapointed in their ability to communicate with other NHS services, as this is the third unique service referral ive needed, and none of the three were sent as I was told.

  3. Review titled The worst GP Surgery ever

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 15 May 2023

This GP surgery is a shambles honestly I don't even know how it opened. Some of there silly rules such as if a 16 year old has a appointment they have to come inside to speak to the doctor themselves as they are old enough to technically they are still a child. I rang in on many occasions and they say no appointments available today ring back tomorrow which is ridiculous what they could do is book the appointment for tomorrow rather than me ringing in tomorrow. The people who work there should be ashamed of where they are working while people are suffering and their issues are not being sorted. The receptionists are awful honestly it's like they are having a mothers meeting between themselves.

  4. Review titled Receptionists seem to think they DRs

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 24 April 2023

I have been trying to see the GP for ever, I called my GP sugary because I keep having dizzy fainty episodes with serious headaches wanting to vomit and my heart bitting so fast, the recipient's would not give me emergency appointment they told me that my symptoms don't come under emergency. Ever time I call my GP practice to book an appointment the receptionists want me to tell them exactly what I am suffering from some time it's embarrassing to explain my condition to a recipient's when I know they are not my Dr. Some times I have to ask my husband to book my appointments just because they never do question him or refuse to give him appointments for me. Recipient's shouldn't pretend to be Dr's. I suffer from autoimmune disease which is quite debilitating sometimes 😔. Waiting to see a GP for 4 to 5 weeks is not right. The hospital emergency is full of people like.

  6. Review titled Terrible

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 03 April 2023

The nurses are nice but the receptionists are rude and the doctors couldn't care less about you. I did a smear test and found out by logging into my Patient Access app that I am HPV positive. Nobody from the practice bothered to call me about this and give guidance. They just don't care about their patients.

  7. Review titled Attitude issues

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 21 April 2023

The receptionists are aggressive, unhelpful, not caring or polite. They only push back on any request, they don't acknowledge their mistakes and aren't interested in listening to the patients. This is not how a GP practice should be run. The doctors are similar: they barely greet you, they state that they don't have time for you and that you need to keep it concise, you never have the same doctor and they are not aware of what the other doctors have suggested to do. It is totally disorganised and extremely frustrating.

  8. Review titled Friendly and great staff

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Gaby - Posted on 21 December 2022

I recently visited as I need to register at a new GP in my area. The receptionist was quick to answer the phone when I called ahead as well as when I came into the practice she helped be register quickly even though there were a lot of people. She was lovely and very friendly and helped me book an emergency consultation with a doctor over the phone which was about only 15 min after I left the practice . I then had a phone call with a Dr he too was friendly and was quick to help me. Overall friendly and quick practice.

  9. Review titled Efficient and professional

Rated 4 stars out of 5

by Peter Cross - Posted on 29 November 2022

Previously I have found it a bit overwhelming in the early stages of diagnosis, what with various test results to get my head around. So thank you so much to the Doctor for explaining the results concisely, checking my understanding, and most importantly agreeing the actions moving forward.
