    Went to see the nurse to have dressings removed after an operation. She put me at ease and took her time while removing the dressings.

    i have been dealing with my spinal injury, all doctor at this Gate medical centres are very co operative to telll me how to deal with my choronic back pain, especially Male Dr and female doctors helped me with Physiotherapy and Medication to deal with my situation as best they can, i have Physiotherapy in Queeen Elizabeth hospital in bimingham and i have done my full spinal MRIs from same hospital, phone service is also good to book doctor's appointment staff in reception is excellent and brilliant. i highly recommend that Gate Medical Centre 120 Washwood Heath Road, Birmingham, West Midlands, B8 1RE doctors are there listen patiently all your problems and give best medication according to patient needs, Also doctor's do your referrals on time, patient wating time is also good mostly you get seen by doctor on time, telephone appointments are also on time appearing online, Doctors check patient full history beforehand to deal with patient illness efectively. i have never been dealth with bad behaviour with Gate medical centre Doctors and staff since i have been registered there since 2011 even though i moved houses 4 times during those 13 years but never changed my Gp because of doctors helpful and good behaviour, now also i live 4 miles to the surgery but my Gp doctor is still same that proves Gate medical is best and co operative surgery. Doctors there have vast knowledge of their profession that's why they provide brilliant and best service as they could, Doctors there examine patients with calmly and effective manner, for according to my opinion i would recommend Gate medical centre a great surgery for patient needs. Doctors helped me with my injury and i have been reffered to conduction now for my Arm pain. i would like to thanks Doctors and reception staff to treat me with dignity and respect.

    I went in to get a urine sample tested and waited for ages. Then I was told that I needed to leave My sample and the nurse will test it and let me know. It’s a simple one minute dip stick check and there is no reason to drag this out, surgery wasn’t busy and neither was the nurse. Got a text to say sample is negative however I know for a fact that this is not true. I know my symptoms and know it’s an infection. Less than a month ago they did the same to another person I know and she was hospitalised on the same day of being declared ‘negative’ because the infection was so severe that it had spread into her blood. This person had been to get sample checked numerous times and kept getting told she was negative. This GPs are unethical in their practices and downright lazy.

    I had an appointment for my son with GP scheduled at 14:50. Unfortunately, due to exceptionally heavy traffic, we arrived 10 minutes late. Despite my efforts to ensure we attended, the GP declined to see my son, citing the need to attend another surgery following this appointment. In addition to this, I observed that the doctor seemed to be rushing through his patients, not giving them adequate time and attention. While I understand the importance of maintaining schedules, this approach made me feel that patient care was being compromised. I hope this feedback helps improve the service by fostering greater flexibility and attention to patient needs in the future.

    I recently had a frustrating experience with this GP surgery. I called first thing in the morning to book an appointment, as my condition, which was diagnosed by the GP during a previous visit, has not improved. After several attempts to get through, I was finally told that there were no appointments available with a GP. Instead, I was offered an appointment with a clinician. While I understand clinicians can be helpful, given that my condition hasn't improved and was initially diagnosed by the GP, I feel it’s necessary to see the GP for proper follow-up and treatment. It’s disappointing that the surgery seems more focused on cost-saving by pushing patients towards clinicians rather than offering the care we need from a GP. After this experience, I’m seriously considering switching to another practice.

    Excellent GP and Nurses. Who are Excellent in doing blood tests and giving medical injections. No faults. GP is very good and professional and is dedicated for us to have our health issues resolved quickly . By referring to a specialist in a hospital and by prescribing Medication and giving great advice and being very sympathetic.
