I received a fantastic service today at Garswood Surgery. After completing an online request form via the surgery’s website, with 2 hours I received a text asking me to visit the surgery to complete a urine sample. Sample done, and 2 hours later received a further message confirming my diagnosis and that a prescription was waiting for me at the pharmacist. No fuss, excellent communication and my symptoms dealt with quickly and efficiently. Thank you

It is so easy to write a bad review when you have had a poor service/experience but I believe it is so important to give praise and acknowledgment when it’s due. Garswood Practice is an amazing surgery. The service I received today was ‘outstanding’. I nipped with a problem to the reception desk first thing in the morning and within a few hours I had a prescription. I even had a text message to say the surgery was closed but my prescription was waiting for me to collect in the chemist next door. Well done to all at Garswood Practice

Cannot fault this surgery. Been here since it was in the portocabin in Stag car park. Myself and my family have had excellent treatment. Since my Grandaughter was born in 2020 we have been more then happy with any treatments she has had. The Surgery will often follow up with a phone call to check on her well being. Cannot recommended it enough!

I have recently moved to Garswood Surgery after hearing such good reviews about the practice I was not disappointed. I submitted an Econsultation and received a response the same day followed by a telephone response from the receptionist advising an appointment. The reception staff were very helpful in ensuring that the appointment was convenient for me, the appointment was within a timely manner (within 5 working days of submitting the econsultation). The GP that reviewed me was very helpful and reassuring. I’m very impressed with the service that I have received- Fantastic service all around!!
