I called 111 for my 2 year old around 6am who has a temp, spots and strawberry looking tongue and they advised me to call the GP. I called the Drs and was on the line for an hour I called at 9am was called number 15 at that point. My call was answered at 10am and was told they have reached their capacity and dont have any appointments. Well Thanks.

This practice is really good. I have not come across a GP like this before. The reception staff are very professional and have so much empathy and compassion. Everytime I have called they have done upmost to accommodate me, even though at times they don't have the availability. The Dr is fantastic always listens to your concerns, and I never feel rushed that my time is up. I would recommend this GP to everyone. Overall professional, enthusiastic, and super friendly staff which is a rare find!

I was on hold for 1hour 15 minutes this morning for an appointment after trying all week to get an appointment .. this isn't the first time in other cases been told no appointments when my infant had tonsillitis and ended up in hospital ..same child been told by doctor hasn't got croupe to then be hospitalised for 2 days because vroupe untreated

A home visit was organised for my father, after he was unable to get to the surgery due to illness. This was arranged promptly and I can't fault the service and advice received from their Paramedic.

This was my first time using this practice. After failing to call me for a GP assessment, they haven't apologized and told me I can go and register to another surgery to see if I can have a better experience.

Always can get an appointment when me or my children need one. Receptionists are lovely and professional and caring and can not fault the GPS

After having an accident requiring physio. It was really nice to been seen so quickly and professionally. It was explained to me what I had damaged, then shown how to exercise. Also received email detailing exercises

I spoke to the GP today with a fairly standard complaint and found his telephone manner to be completely uplifting Due to the calm and reassuring responses I received, I was able to consult with him aboout sensitive issues I had avoided for some time. I cannot express how much better I felt before I even collected my prescription. I think Gp,s are under so much scrutiny in the current climate.. We owe a debt of gratitude to those that are sticking with us to Provide such outstanding practice Thank You!!
