    Staff are nice when you can reach them, but you can never get through. Waiting 30-40 minutes when calling is common. They encourage online use, but they don't enable most of the features. You could message them rather than call, but they haven't enabled the feature and their appointments are rarely listed to enable you to book online. Their opening hours are wrong on their own website. You have to use google to get the correct information and they don't tell anyone when flu jabs are available. They expect you to see the info on their noticeboard when passing through the surgery (the receptionist confirmed when I asked why eligible patients weren't notified). The worst practice I've registered with in Barnsley. They need more people answering the phones or need to start letting patients do more online to reduce their workload. They shouldn't be failing to do both.

    Wonderful doctors but difficult to get an appointment. They only release new ones 12 o’clock Tuesday. They don’t answer phone so you go to surgery and queue. 12 people in front of me yesterday. Why not release just a few every day so this doesn’t happen

    All the expertise you require in a doctors surgery. Very friendly and caring never had any issues and I need to visit the surgery a lot. This is the same for either of there practices.

    The administration of this practice leaves a lot to be desired. It is the only practice I have ever come across that releases its appointments one day a week and at the same time. This of course causes mayhem. You cannot get through, and when you do the appointments are full. What a stupid system, and after pointing this out, they dont change it. If you have a problem in the following days, they say wait until the Tuesday, and then you cannot get through. I suggest the Manager needs to go on a Managers training course on how to Manage a practice, or at least visit a practice that works well and copy the system.
