I went for my flu and covid vaccination on Saturday and although the practice was extremely busy, I was in and out in no time. Everybody was friendly and most helpful.

A very busy flu and covid vaccine clinic this morning but it was organised extremely well. Staff were lovely as usual and went out of the way to make sure my elderly father who is very frail was looked after and cared for.

The practice provides a excellent service. I have been looked after by Doctors and Nurses for many years. Always do their best to solve my health problems.

Really well organised system today to get both flu and covid injections . In and out quickly. Plenty of staff on hand to help if needed and as always very helpful

Went for my flu & covid vaccination today expecting too have to wait in a queue but This was very well organised I went straight in & out well done

New online booking system is ridiculous Has taken 3 hours to book an appointment Then to get one At a different surgery Only to find not a doctor but a physious favouritest I'm having severe back pains The physio therapist Recommended strong pain killer But had to be subscribed by doctor Get a phone call to book a doctors appointment ln 2 weeks time What a joke

Main problem was getting appointments their ill fated Klinik booking system was a joke which was discontinued in November 2023 my last regular appointments was my yearly health check-up in February 2023 I told the Nurse that I was not happy with the treatment and lack of care I was receiving from the practice and the problem I was having with my Asthma only to be told keep taking your inhalers, I replied I have been taking them on a regular basis and I'm still experiencing shortness of breath and a cough that's lasted more than six months, I was asked do I smoke and how much alcohol do I drink I replied I've never smoked and I've had 3 pints of beer in the last six months only to be told so you drink 3 pints a week! It was then that I decided to register with a new practice and within a week I had been referred to see a nurse in their Asthma clinic I explained the problem I was having with my Asthma she recommended a change of inhalers and within a week I noticed that my breathing was a lot easier and my cough had cleared up. I am now able to undertake my hobby of fellwalking.
