Receptionist was abrupt, uncaring and unhelpful. Long waits for appointments at inconvenient times. If anyone can recommend a half decent doctor in the area I would love to know.

It was easy to get through to the surgery on the phone The receptionist was clear and efficient and made an appointment quickly My visit to the doctor was prompt Caring and thorough All done with with a positive and reassuring manner With positive humour to make what can be a daunting experience into a positve one Thank you all

The Doctor was patient, listened and was thorough in their examination, checks, diagnosis and prescription. Also ordered follow up checks. I was so impressed best doctors appointment I’ve had on the NHS in 10 years and the Doctor was polite and humorous

I must commend the receptionists at this practice. They are very efficient and only too willing to help. The young lady I spoke to today (20/06/2023) was exceptional, and very efficient. The pharmacist was very helpful too when he called to advise me on some medication. I highly recommended this practice to anyone.

My husband and I moved to this practice a short time ago we are so impressed with the service provided by all the team - the GPS, the Practice Nurses, the Pharmacist particularly and all the Reception staff. The Reception staff give the first impression, with no waiting, smiling welcolmes and efficient dealing with requests. The GPS have been brilliant, dealing with my health problems so promptly and the Practice Pharmacist has personally smoothed out my medication needs (which caused such anxiety) so everything now syncs seamlessly every month! This is NHS Prime Care at its best. Thankyou so much.

The old system was simple and effective. The new system is clunky and most of all it doesn’t work so now I will have to call the surgery, at a specific time to order a prescription I was able to order in the past without troubling the hard pressed receptionist Not, not at all impressed with the current operator . I suggest they get a professional in to redesign their web site, or go back to the old one

We are very sorry that you found it difficult to order your prescription with ease It is a new website and we are working through some issues that have been raised. The previous site had a link to the login for patient access which is the newer ordering system since we changed over clinical systems. I am in talks with the developers to get this problem rectified and will mirror what was available previously. Recently changed to this surgery from a different local surgery. The difference in being able to get an appointment etc within a timely period compared to my last surgery has vastly improved. Very lucky to have a surgery like this, very accommodating to patient needs, who understands you. Staff are very friendly and professional. Did witness a demanding patient when I came in and the staff handled the situation very well

One of the best medical centres I’ve ever attended. Everybody, Receptionists Nurses and Doctors alike, gives you the reassurance that you’re in good hands. The staff are always polite and attentive , ready to help you with whatever problem you might have. Nothing is too much trouble. 10/10 every time!

Staff very helpful and understanding. Great service, can be seen face to face. Can sometimes be difficult to get through on the phone in busy times but our requests are always dealt with in a timely manner

We are really happy at Garden City. I know they are under pressure but they do try and do what they can to help. You can pre book appointments and also ring on the day . Very helpful and efficient
