On contacting the surgery today I again had an efficient response to my request. I have always appreciated the various ways of being able to contact the practice and on submitting an online consultation I was called by one of the GPs who helped with my problem. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone. The staff are all lovely and always try to help whenever I have contacted the practice. The GPs are knowledgeable, kind and caring and have always provided me and my family with excellent care. Thank you for your care.

Unfailingly patient; helpful; empathetic, well informed; go the extra mile; caring. This service is always consisted high and was again demonstrated by this practice’s support staff when sorting out a problem with some medication issues linked to a local hospital

Fulwood Medical Centre has been our go-to practice for the past 3 years and I must say our experience has been pretty incredible. Of course they are not perfect but boy, they act so quickly when it matters! Unlike other practices, they worked incessantly during the pandemic and helped us with some very important medical issues.The doctors are always attentive and tend to reply pretty quickly. We have been in other practices in Liverpool and, in our experience, is by far the best. Thanks to all the staff as the receptionists are also attentive.
